Unit advertised as affordable rate. I was required to rent longer than I wanted, had to add on insurance, etc. Ended up being way too expensive for what I needed!!! When I went to leave, code did not work. Not very happy. But did not have a choice.

Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have the greatest experience. Nobody was there when I showed up during normal business hours. Gate was broken. Unit was dirty when presented and luckily the worker came to sweep out unit before use. When I asked about the first month free they said it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t for everybody and offered 50% off. Could have had a better experience.

My experience went without a hitch! April was amazing!! She made sure that I understood the process of entry and even took me to each one of my units so that I knew where each one was!!! I most definitely would recommend this facility. ASK FOR APRIL!

HEATHER gave us WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! We were running late as we caught traffic on the way there. I barely made it before closing time & she made sure we were still taken care of. She was helpful & understanding to the situation. I will definitely refer Devon storage to family & friends!!!

Being my first time getting a storage, they made it very easy for me and hassle free. They answered all my questions and put all my concerns to rest. Great communication with the manager there and they are very good people. I would recommend this storage to all my friends and family.
